Yes, Yetira charges a small commission based on the product category.
All prices shown on the website already include Yetira’s commission — covering our end-to-end sourcing services such as supplier verification, inspection reports, and order facilitation.

There are no hidden or extra platform fees — the prices you see are transparent and include the value of Yetira’s quality and sourcing support.

The Ex-Factory Price shown on Yetira includes the supplier’s cost of goods plus Yetira’s service commission.
It does not include shipping, logistics, or import duties.

 

This means the price reflects the value of the product at the supplier’s factory, and any freight or customs costs are calculated separately based on your delivery location.

Every order on Yetira goes through a detailed pre-shipment inspection conducted by our quality assurance team.
We verify the product’s measurements, workmanship, packaging, and labeling before it leaves the supplier’s factory.

You’ll receive a photo-based inspection report for full transparency — so you know exactly what’s being shipped.
This process ensures that the products you receive match your approved samples and quality expectations.

Meycert is Yetira’s supplier verification and compliance program — managed through meycert.com.
It ensures that every supplier listed on Yetira has been physically audited and verified for:

  • Business legitimacy and operational transparency
  • Ethical labor and workplace safety
  • Environmental responsibility
  • Product quality systems and documentation compliance

    Meycert-verified suppliers are approved to sell through Yetira, ensuring buyers connect with genuine, trustworthy factories — not intermediaries or unverified traders.

All payments can be made easily through your local bank account, in your local currency, directly to Yetira’s account — eliminating the hassle of international wire transfers.

Typically, an advance payment is made upon approval of the proforma invoice, and the remaining balance is paid before shipment, once you’ve received and approved the inspection report.

Alternate payment terms (such as Letter of Credit) can be arranged based on the order value and buyer-supplier agreement.

Yes. Yetira can manage complete export logistics and customs compliance when you choose door delivery through our logistics partners.

If you prefer to use your own freight forwarder or logistics agency (for example under FOB terms), Yetira’s responsibility covers the process up to the handover of goods to your nominated agent.

This ensures full transparency and flexibility — you can either let Yetira manage the entire shipment or work with your own logistics team.

Yes. Most products listed on Yetira can be customized in size, color, material, or packaging based on your requirements.
The specific customization options available for each product are mentioned in the Product Specification Table on its detail page.

We understand that receiving anything less than what you expected can be frustrating — and we’re here to help.

If you notice any defects or quality issues, just let us know within 7 days of receiving your shipment and share clear photos or videos of the problem. Our team will review it right away with the supplier.

Once verified, we’ll issue a Quality Credit Note for the value of the defective goods — which you can use on your next order with the same supplier.

If you’d prefer replacements, that’s also possible when the product is reordered and meets the supplier’s MOQ.

We always do our best to ensure issues are handled quickly and fairly, keeping both transparency and trust at the heart of every transaction.

Yes, absolutely! We actually encourage it — ordering samples is the best way to evaluate quality and craftsmanship before placing a bulk order.

Most products on Yetira offer sample options, so you can check the material, finish, and packaging in person before confirming your main order.
