Most of my international clients call me Sandy. I grew up in Karur, where my father is a weaver and exporter. I understood how India's manufacturing ecosystem works from both sides, long before I built a business around it.
Through my work in international business and project management, I saw the same gap everywhere. Large retail chains have dedicated teams on the ground - managing weaving, stitching, printing, quality, compliance - the entire manufacturing process. Small and mid-sized retailers wanted the same access but had no way to get it.
So I built Yetira. And it's working. We manage the full manufacturing process end to end - from raw fabric through weaving, stitching, printing, and finishing - so small retailers get the same manufacturing control that was previously only available to the big players. The only thing that crosses borders is the finished product.
