This is the step most buyers wish they'd insisted on earlier. We develop a physical sample based on your specifications — fabric, weave, weight, colour, finishing. If it's not right, we go again. You're never pushed into bulk production until you've approved something you're confident in.

Once production begins, we track it. We follow up with the factory on timelines, flag delays before they become problems, and keep you updated at key milestones. You won't be left wondering what's happening with your order for weeks at a stretch.

We inspect the goods before dispatch — checking for defects, consistency with your approved sample, correct labelling, and packaging integrity. Issues caught at the factory cost far less than issues discovered after shipping. Our goal is that when the goods arrive with you, they match exactly what you signed off on.
